- S.C. VS CITIZENS PROPERTY INSURANCE CORPORATION: WON TRIAL JUNE 2018
- The homeowner suffered damages to his home to his ceiling due to a roof leak, and his homeowner's insurance company, Citizen's Property Insurance Corporation, completely denied coverage despite Mr. Saldamando arguing there was coverage based upon the terms of the policy. Citizens refused to make any offers to settle, and the client had full confidence in Mr. Saldamando's skills and abilities, and after a week long trial Mr. Saldamando convinced the jury that Citizens was wrong to breach the policy. The jury awarded the homeowner $10,000 which was actually $3,000 more than what Mr. Saldamando had asked for.
- K.E. VS FLORIDA PENINSULA, BROWARD COUNTY, WON JURY TRIAL AUGUST 2018: Mr. Saldamando convinced jury that Florida Peninsula Insurance Company on this denied plumbing leak claim where insurance company fully denied the claim. Mr. Saldamando used his trial skills in presenting evidence that homeowner suffered kitchen leak causing damage to cabinetry and drywall. Mr. Saldamando expertly presented a water mitigation technician who used infrared cameras and professional dry out equipment to convince the jury that the loss should have been covered. The jury rejected the insurance company's argument and awarded over $11,000 to the homeowners to fix their damages.
- J.C. VS. UNIVERSAL PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, BROWARD COUNTY, WON JURY TRIAL NOVEMBER 2018: The insurance company fully denied this kitchen plumbing leak claim despite the presence of water to cabinetry and baseboards. The insurance company argued that loss was caused by wear and tear. Mr. Saldamando was able to catch the insurance company in several misstatements and was able to show their expert witness was biased towards insurance company and was unreliable. The jury awarded the full $8,000 the homeowner was forced to spent out of pocket to make repairs.

VS ANCHO PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE CORPORATION, BROWARD COUNTY, JURY TRIAL JULY 2018: The insurance company offered zero dollars before the trial and Mr. Saldamando took the case to trial where Mr. Saldamando expertly used his trial skills and experience to effectively cross-examine the insurance company's witnesses. Mr. Saldamando was forced to request a mistrial of the case as the insurance company wrongfully brought up an unrelated prior claim. The judge agreed and sanctioned the insurance company for their misconduct. After the trial the insurance company ended up settling for full estimate after watching Mr. Saldamando's performance in trial.
